Barnstone Sticky Chocolate Loaf

Ingredients
- 22×8cm loaf tin, buttered and lined
- 355g Barnstone Bitter and Twisted Marmalade
- 150g 0% fat plain yogurt
- 3 medium eggs
- 175g golden caster sugar
- 175g spreadable butter
- 175g self raising flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
For the glaze:
- 5 Tbsp Barnstone Bitter and Twisted Marmalade
- 1 Tbsp water
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 160C/Gas 3
- Warm the marmalade in the microwave, then beat in the yogurt and set aside
- In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredient together until smooth
- Fold in the yogurt mixture until combined and spoon into the loaf tin
- Bake for 1hr and 15 minuets, making sure the skewer comes out clean when inserted
- Leave to cool for about 10 minuets then poke all over the top with a skewer
- Transfer the loaf onto a wired rack making sure the holes are on the top
- Then make the glaze by putting the Marmalade and water together and put in the microwave for 1 minuet then pour over the mixture evenly over the top
- Wait until completely cooled before slicing
