A victoria sponge the size a pillow!, with the added twist of Stathern Strawberry Surprise as the jam filling. The cake only lasted a day, no surprise there then!

The traditional cream tea can be somewhat overstated, however this is not the case at Allington Manor. Leo has decided to use Statharn Strawberry Surprise for the scones, while using Seagrave Spicey Damson Chutney for the cheese sandwiches. This coupled with the surroundings of this Jacobean manor house makes for the perfect cream tea setting.

To experience this rhubarb soufflé is dessert heaven. The sweet compote of flavours with the added twist of Six Hills spicy citrus plum chutney, adds a sweet and sour note to this delicuously air like sweet soufflé. A real county boarder crosser.
